A Brief History of The Company
PELITA INDUSTRIES was founded in 1970 with the operation of their first enamelling plant. At the outset, production was intended only for the domestic market and the Company soon became one of the market leaders in the enamel cookware segment.
As domestic and international demand for cookware increased, PELITA INDUSTRIES later developed a range of higher quality enamel cookware and entered into the export market in 1984. Recognizing the rising world demand for stainless steel and non-stick cookware as well as flatware, the Company expanded further to set up their stainless steel division in 1985 and the non-stick cookware and flatware divisions in 1995.
One major achievement of the Company has been their launching of the "Wonder Cook" brand in 1995. This brand will serve as a worldwide symbol of quality for cookware and flatware. With careful attention to product development and strict quality control procedures, the Company will continue to bring highest quality and competitively priced products to customers the world over.
